They treat us like family and it's such a refreshing feeling of being appreciated as a staff member.

Ordered a spa technician to help get our spa set up, he was on time, super knowledgeable, really comfortable speaking to everyone, it was an overall great experience and I would absolutely recommend anyone do this who hasn’t had a hot tub before.

We just began using this company for our hot tub needs. Wow!! Excellent service! Excellent staff! Extremely helpful and go above and behind expectations. We will continue to use them and we highly recommend them.

We recently had a heater problem with our elderly (1990s vintage) hot tub. The staff responded in a very timely fashion and with great knowledge. They were also excellent in letting us know exactly what the problem was.
