Discovery's website and confirmations were easy to navigate, and they were flexible and responsive to my tight timelines for a home inspection. The inspection and walk through were comprehensive, and Stephen took the time to explain anything that wasn't clear or required further detail. He also had extensive knowledge of the local market in terms of renovations and housing stock, which put my particular situation into context. Totally worth the peace of mind when going thru the home buying process - absolutely recommend.

Setting up a home inspection was easy. I completed the time and requirements on line, the next day was a follow up call to ensure they were meeting our needs and that we were on the same page. We showed up at the end of the inspection and the inspector went through everything with us on the report. Very clear and concise, photographs were imbedded in the report so we could see what he saw and it was again fairly quick but easy to understand. He answered all our questions and was very personable. Seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend.
