Mike was great. Taught me many things I did not know. Fixed the issues, he's friendly and very informative. The best part he came to my home. Way cheaper than the box stores.

Couldn't actually help me with the specific part I needed but he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite anyway with advice for other places I could try. I was disappointed that I couldn't buy the part from him, if he'd had it I definitelywould have.

Mike is a great detective to figure out computer glitches. Reasonable pricing too

Mike has been my computer guy for a few years now. Treats me well never does work that is not needed and payment/costs are pretty good. He comes to my home to do the work so not sure if wheel chair access or not but I know I am in wheel chair and it is too hard for me to take my computer out to get fixed so he comes to my home.....no extra charge :)
