Just called the store and spoke to Evelyn who assisted me in finding the correct name of a pair of pants I was trying to order online for my son. I was provided the SKU number and easily found it on the website to place an order. Excellent customer service and for the taking the time to assist me!!

I went in to see if they had roller skates (I had gone in months prior and saw some). I kept thinking about them and had gone back a couple times but they had none in stock. Well I went in a few weeks ago and to my surprise they had some!!! The guy came up to me right away asked if I wanted help. He got a pair for me to try on and I said I have to still think about it. He offered to keep them until the end of the day. It was so nice!!! I didn’t end up going back that day but when I went to look at the skates online I realized they sell out of the skates regularly even at the site that makes them. So of course went back to the store, they helped me right away and were friendly. I didn’t get the ones I had saved but I still got some nice ones!!! And for an excellent price! Thank you Boathouse!!
