I had the most excellent experience here. The ladies were attentive and truly happy to help. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement-they clearly take pride in their work.

I had to renew my diamond bonds and I hadn’t had my rings inspected for a number of years. The women working in the store were helpful, knowledgeable and kind! They were patient with their computer system which was a little slow.

Excellent customer service. I had recently bought a pair of diamond earrings from Another jewelry store in the mall. I had a set of diamond earrings and lost one and needed to replace a single stud diamond earring. I was immediately offered the option to have the remaining earring Sent away and have a matching single ordered. I wish I had been offered this at the other jewelry store...really pleased with their service superfriendly lady that helped me out. They have a new customer
