Miles was very professional and thorough. Provided a full inspection of all areas of the home. Any specific concerns I had were addressed. Many home inspectors seem to do the bare minimum, Miles went above and beyond. On top of it all he was very personable and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.
Myles was easy to communicate with and was very responsive during the setting up of our home inspection. He was on time and very thorough at appraising every aspect of our now home.
The package he emailed us showed every aspect of the house with pictures and detailed notes, pointing out any weak areas to watch out for or keep in mind for future upkeep/repair. So happy to have had this service in aiding our decision!

My husband and I were on the search for a new
home to raise our two young children and
safe to say, the current market conditions
in Victoria did not make it easy. After
seeing countless homes, watching them
sell for thousands above list without
conditions, we were getting very
discouraged. Then, we found "the one"

Master Home Inspections. The house we
purchased is 40 years old, needs a new
roof, hot water tank and some other high
ticket items that could make or break a
purchase. Myles walked us through the home, answered all of our questions and meticulously examined the home from top to bottom including the use of a drone for aerial views of the roof and
carefully checking in the attic. Then, only a few hours
after the inspection, we got a 100 page
report showing items that needed to be
replaced, items that could wait and items
that have stood the test of time. The report
will be our source of reference to ensure
all items that need attention are looked
after. The attention to detail was astounding
and the ease of navigating it room to room,
item to item was so easy!
