Today at Nanaimo costco wireless as I waited my turn to purchase an iphone13 and great virgin plan with lots of savings I witnessed & experienced exceptional service from William who was managing it all by himself. He gave everyone the time and expertise they needed and was very calm, pleasant and helpful with each and every one of us. I marvelled at his ability to answer questions in such a kind and insightful way . Everyone was given the time they needed yet no time was wasted. To me William is exceptional..sending us each on our way with what we came for and more. Thank-you

Bought my Bell phone up there off Billy had some issues setting up my GoDaddy email. Stopped in the next time I was in Costco and he took care of it. Even after Go Daddy and Apple could not figure it out. Excellent customer service by him.
