This place is the bomb wicked service Hands down unbeatable for the area.

Went today for fish food. I'm not sure about these 1 star reviews, this place was clean and tidy, not dirty and grimy.
I always give a place my own review as some people seem to make it their mission in life to be negative. I stopped in today, and walked the ENTIRE store,looking for these horrible conditions a select few have reported and found nothing!
The small animals are in HUGE enclosures and they were very clean. All had food and water and were healthy and happy. Fish tanks were stocked with the right amount of fish and were clean. I have been into Nanaimo and shopped at the chain store and found they were stuffing their tanks with huge amounts of fish,some conditions horrible. Dead fish floating everywhere. So, saying that,I would suggest people try before they judge. The staff were attentive and were able to answer any question I had.
