Nica is very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I have done three different programs with Nica and plan on doing more. Her programs are geared to help you look at your health and diet and what works best for you. I have made several shifts in my diet that have made all the difference, thanks to Nica. I learned that there are some foods I had no idea were an issue for me but they are - they were draining my energy. She also introduced me to new foods that I had never tried or swore I never would eat again. If you are curious about your health, want to change your diet or have questions, I highly recommend doing her programs and working with her.
