For starters--knowledgeable, friendly, patient, professional, upbeat and fun to work with! I am a first-time buyer who was clueless about the process. Hence, I needed a lot of hand-holding. Gerry answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward on my decisions. His communication style is friendly, honest, and detailed.
