Highly recommend this company to anyone. Jeff and his team are highly professional, efficient, capable and knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing and gas fitting. I had several projects completed by Jeff; and was very happy with all of his completed work in my home. Jeff even came on Christmas Eve to install our new gas fireplace.

Jeff replaced my hot water heater. He was easy to reach directly. He arrived promptly as stated and with a prearrival phone call . Jeff is a good communicator before and during the service, and he answered all my questions patiently and clearly and with a friendly manner . I was pleased with how he followed covid rules. I was pleased with the job he did and with his price.

Jeff was early to start with, identified two other issues I wasn't aware of and did great work. Honest and professional service.

I called Jeff on the Saturday of a long weekend. He said he would be over in 1 hour. He arrived promptly. We had a leaky pipe from POLYVINYLB plumbing. Our house was built in 1993. We were not able to locate the leak. He suggested the best option is to replumb the house as the history of POLY B plumbing and fittings. We got an estimate to replace our 27 year old furnace. The work took 5 days to complete. The entire house was replumbed very well. The new furnace and thermostat were installed. Jeff and James were on time, cleaned up well and were very professional. Jeff was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did not take any shortcuts. I would 100% use Great Plumbing and Heating again.
