(March 7, 2021, 9:24 pm)Karan was recommended by a friend who hired him to replace a water heater in his storefront business who was happy with the job and cost. I had several non-urgent plumbing jobs in a rental property and Karan booked an appointment to assess the work needed & then gave me a couple of quotes with and without additional options I requested. He scheduled the work for a mutually agreeable time for my tenant and I for approx. two weeks later. He was fast, the work was done well & the replacement fixtures used were of good quality. He was also mindful and responsive to the need for distancing & masking for everyone's safety. I'll hire him for work on other rental properties and I do recommend his services.

(October 17, 2020, 2:14 am)We had Karan out on 3 occasions to replace a hot water heater, install a new furnace and repair a water leak in our crawl space. On each occasion he was through, professional and a pleasure to work with. He reviewed in detail all options and recommendations based on our needs. He went above and beyond our expectations on each visit. He was out within an hour on a weekend to repair our water leak and even painted the wall behind our furnace so it would look fresh and clean! He custom fit and replaced old pipes as well!
You have our business for life! We highly recommend Karan.
