My husband and I chose to up and move to Vancouver Island after living on the mainland our whole lives. We had reached out to a few Realtors that had popped up as we were looking online but hadn't had anyone follow up with us.

Then we were recommended Kelly by a friend who had worked with her before and we're so grateful that we met her. Right away Kelly set up a Zoom call with us to get acquainted and find out what was important to us for our big move. She asked lots of questions and really made us feel like our needs and wants were being understood.

Since we had to travel to view houses in person Kelly was able to get us in to see lots of properties over one weekend and was an absolute pleasure the whole time. She was upbeat and excited with us and took every hiccup in stride to make it a really enjoyable experience, even though we didn't find our new home during that trip!

We loved that she took us on virtual tours and happily answered all our questions while touring us around. Even when I would ask what nearly every room smelled like. 😆

Kelly really took the time to get to know what was important to us and recommended looking at the house we ended up falling in love with. We had passed it over initially due to the price but then it dropped into our range without us noticing. She knew it would tick all our boxes and took us for a virtual tour where we said nothing but "wow" the entire time.

I cannot thank Kelly and the team enough for helping us to find our very first dream home! It was beginning of the pandemic when we started looking around and we were very hesitant at first and did not know what to expect but after reaching out to Kelly and meeting her for the first time I was glad I made the decision.
