For me, finding a home that would be a perfect fit for my family and our lifestyle was an all-consuming, exciting, but also overwhelming process. There are so many real estate agents who simply set up an MLS search with your criteria, and wait for you to see something you like.

When I spoke with Rob for the first time about what we were looking for, and our long list of criteria, he was just as excited as we were. Throughout the process, he touched base with us regularly to update us on properties that may have not come up on our search, and also to see if there was anything we had found that he has missed. In a fast-paced market, this guy went the extra mile to get us into a listing that I saw just literally hours before offers were to be accepted. This guy lined up a house inspection and septic inspection very quickly. This guy gave guidance in regards to offers and made the paperwork simple and easy. This guy understood when we decided to back out. THEN this guy answered the phone the next morning when we said we changed our minds. He quickly made the deal happen before the property was shown to any other potential buyers.
