Looked all over the internet for a solution to my propane water tank heater issue. AJ at new line fixed me up in 10 mins. 5 star service at this place!!

After visiting 4 other places, and wasting most of my day trying to find a couple of fittings for my thumb cylinder; I went to New-Line Hose & Fittings. They had the fittings I needed in stock, and were very knowledgeable about these things (unlike the 4 other stores I went to throughout the day). Thanks again guys! You’ll see me again in the future next time I need your services.

Absolutely phenomenal to deal with!!! Unmatched pricing! It seems an infinite inventory of even more than they advertise. The customer service is stellar, they go above and beyond, are accurate, timely and also alot of fun! recommend 100 times over!

Great staff, always ready and willing to help and when you order something they always call right away to let you know it has arrived. There are a few similar shops in Nanaimo but this place is definitely my go to.
