I would’ve given a 5 star rating but I find the service not very friendly. The owner or staff don’t smile or offer help before you ask even if it’s obvious you’re looking for something. I shop here because I choose to shop local not because of the service.

I'd give 4 stars if staff were more friendly but I ALWAYS have to ask for help before I'm even greeted which feels awkward and like I'm intruding on them on the computer. Decent selection, but don't always have things in stock, ie cat grass, certain cricket sizes, so have to go up to Pet Smart even though I'd prefer to small business.

This is where we buy all of our food for our cat! Very good customer service!

The friendliest most helpful staff, and the owner is a true sweetie. Huge selection and if they don't have it they see if they have an alternative. Also handling Covid-19 situation well, have felt very safe there. I buy all my dog food and pet supplies there.

I love Oliver's! Any member of my family can walk in the store and Val immediately goes to get our dog's food, without us saying anything but "hi".
