Alair Homes managed a major renovation of our main floor. The project spanned approximately a year in time with detailed planning and budget building taking nearly half of that. The company was extremely well organized, and everything went smoothly due to the time and care that was taken to plan for and get ahead of the inevitable surprises that come along with renovations.
Our project manager Danielle was professional, had fantastic communication and was careful to guard our budget with the utmost care and respect. She was able to problem solve quickly and keep things moving along in a timely fashion so we didn’t have to stress - because let’s face it, renovating IS a stressful endeavour. But our marriage survived it and they managed to turn our house into our dream home. We’re so happy that we trusted the team at Alair to get the project done right, on budget and on time.
The moral of the story here folks is that if you want to get through a major renovation with your relationship intact, just hire the team at Alair Homes to get the job done - you won’t regret it 😉
