As a person living in Nanoose every time I have has a service issues with my motor homes and trailers I would have to trek all the way down to Nanaimo Airport to service them. Recently my Forest River Nobo 19.8. needed a service so I was excited to have a local RV dealer and service provider local to us now!

However what's even better is the level of service coming out of this place!!! I had a couple of warranty issues with my RV and everywhere is fully booked. COVID is making people get out! In talking with the service department Manager MIKE ROSS took time to listen and come up with a solution for my service needs as it was a short turn around before our next trip. I cant stress enough how good of a guy Mike Ross was in helping us feel valued for after service. We have come to value the services of the men that work at Coast RV in Parksville. They are competent knowledgeable professionals that are fair and honest, and go above and beyond. Our trailer sustained an accident, and Joe drove out of his way after work, to inspect the damage, so that he could arrange parts and labour - even over a weekend if necessary, in order to help my husband go on the trip he had planned on time. Repairs and servicing are always done in a timely fashion. Shops and people like this are what make living here so special. We would not hesitate to recommend this business for all your RV needs.
