A brilliant team of highly efficient perfectionists who went above and beyond to bring my dream shop to life! I had what I would consider a challenging project and they made the process so comfortable and simple for me. There's nothing they can't do. My wife and I visited the Ballard show home a few months ago and I can’t say enough about Ballard Fine Homes. We are looking to build a home and we have spoken and toured many show homes and Ballard by far has the nicest product and service team in my opinion. This will be our third house and we want it to be the final one and they have really bent over backwards to help us achieve that. We were recommended by friends and we can’t thank them enough.

Ballard builds a first class quality home! Everything about it is top quality and not 'extra' like some builders. Nearly three years after moving in I had a few minor issues and they were corrected in a timely manner. Very pleased indeed.
