My son attends classes here and we have had nothing but great experiences here. the staff and instructors are amazing and easy to deal with. they treat the kids with respect and help them in anyway possible

Cascadia Martial arts is a fantastic facility and pillar in our community. They teach much more than martial arts and my children have learned perseverance, confidence as well as how to set and reach their goals. Their kickboxing program is a fantastic workout and is an encouraging supportive environment!

Cascadian has always been flexible listened and responded to the needs of its members...but they really went above and beyond when covid hit. Creating new safe workouts, multiple formats (ZOOM, circuits, WOD's) and teaming up with another KB gym to provide even more classes and variety for members. Add amazing, fun and encouraging coaches and what more could you ask for!

Joining Cascadia Martial Arts last winter was the best decision our family has made. Kickboxing has become a huge part of our lives, and our son is loving taekwondo classes. The first time you walk in the door, the Owners and Staff make you feel right at home, and one year later we feel like part of the family. We have never been in better shape, we have made some wonderful friends, and kickboxing is a blast. We can't imagine our lives without our Cascadia Family.

Awesome instructors. Clean facility. Fair prices. They have taught my son not only defensive moves against bullies but also life lessons on how to be a good person. Highly recommend. Worth every penny. My wife loves the kickboxing classes too.
