(November 2, 2021, 3:36 am)Out of all the grocery stores in Parksville this was the only one that I could find sausage casings for making home made sausages. They also have the best selection of meat, not so much on the fish side of the house. Great produce too! The staff here is awesome.

(January 15, 2021, 5:34 pm)I love Eat Fresh. Being new here and a health conscious person, its great. A bit pricey for some things but fresh produce is great and their meat is excellent. Customer service is 5 star, owners are always working on the floor and glad to help and chat.
Cashiers are always friendly.
The bakery is dangerous, the muffins are the best!
