My review is about the staff and their top notch competence. I've only had a few issues arise inside my apartment and they have been repaired immediately. Thanks to Colin and Alex whom are very respectful,kind,and courteous. The girls work very hard cleaning inside and out of the entire property. There are some that make their jobs harder but the girls just go above and beyond and do a fantastic job,so thank you to Faye and Tania.
Lance is professional, great listener, honest, understanding,funny and would absolutely make a great boss to the boss.So I want to thank you all for doing such a great job,you all deserve a big fat raise and an extra week paid vacation.
Nice open concept apartments and while still undergoing usual new build tweeks the site staff make every effort to ensure the residents requests are handled in a friendly yet professional way.
New place. Quickly built. Has it flaws. Decent neighbours. Only problem is if you move in because they say small dogs only. There are multiple 50+ pound dogs. Most seem to be obedient( but probably never faced with a tiny dogs scared of big dogs). I have spotted some large dogs off leash in the parking lot. Steps from my patio where my small dog is that does not like large dogs. Says no smoking, but some smoke in their apartment and are apparently “ allowed”. Also watch out for the parking lot side. Overkill on the lighting. Midnight looks like 3 pm here lol. Unless you live on the other side which is almost pitch black. Walk out option is an extra 100 a month. And so is 4 th floor. Just watch watch your signing, a lot of contradictory stuff!
