Every dental team needs a Kristin! As a dental team we have worked with Kristin for many years and have discovered how beneficial and important she is to keeping our little dental family running like a happy, well oiled machine. I met Kristin 7 years ago at Toastmasters. She became my speaking mentor as well as my coach. Kristin does such a good job at holding a safe space for me to either vent or be vulnerable but never hesitates to call me out on a habit or repeated pattern when she sees it. I know that she truly holds the belief that I am capable of achieving what I want. I reach out to her whenever I am struggling with a large issue and she always helps me to see another perspective or calls me out on my excuses. I really appreciate the voracious appetite for learning that Kristin has as I know I will often be the one to benefit from that in our coaching sessions. You don't have to be a dentist to work with Kristin, she is simply a great coach, no matter what you are wanting to be coached on.
