Awesome service highly recommend
Nice person, he likes his job; was on time and had no problem with towing my RV: Bravo!
Charged me extra for jump start because truck was a three ton? Had to wait 30min, driver was polite and completed the jump in less than two minutes.
I locked the keys in the car while camping at Rathtrevor. Parksville towing was at our campsite less than 15 minutes after I called and had the door unlocked in under a minute! The driver was extremely helpful as well as friendly. He saved the day!
After threats of a trip to the recycling center I had to make a decision about my dead battery. No one in busy park had cables and soon there was no one to ask except security who were coming by to start a shutdown of the parks entries and exits. With 15 mins left and expecting to pay a high price for a boost, I called these guys because out of the three to choose they were closer and time was a concern The asked about my battery posts, side or top. That there and the knowledge of how irritating it is to boost my vehicle with side posts only, I was told by a relieved operator that the large booster cables won't be a problem and they would be there in 30 mins. Oh boy...they were there in 10 mins. Vehicle boosted in one min. Given a small break because of the ease of call and the cash. Friendly guy, and done I believe properly. He armed himself with the knowledge he needed before hand. He made a time limit and undershot it and knew that the park was closing, still made some money and his coffee never cooled it was that fast. When a friend couldn't come to aid me 2 nights later with the same problem, I phoned these guys again. Different guy, same price, and he had a toy I wanted, 2000 A booster pack. Tiny thing. He looked like Merlin when he touched the probes to the posts and worked magic. The Grim Reaper himself reluctantly came over and returned my batteries soul, because it wasn't the batt, alternator? Nope. Merlin described what is suspect in my specific vehicle's make , era, parts, that could over the years gone bad and now leaches the power. Mercury switch and some bad wiring in tail gate wiper motor. Thanks a bunch Merlin and easy going dude. Recommend a call to them first.
