Recently used Paul to retrieve files I deleted and free up space on my hard drive. From initial phone contact, to our phone appointment the following day to deal remotely with issues, Paul was quick, gave me a few tips and his hourly charge was reasonable.

I contacted Paul last night, on a Friday, about our our nightmare of a situation with different devices not communicating, and a possible loss of family photos.

He fit us in right away on a Saturday (he had a cancellation) and connected remotely to our laptop to troubleshoot all of the many issues we were having with finding, downloading, storing and organizing several thousand photos from different places. Before working with him, we thought family photos had been lost, and couldn’t get our devices to communicate.

We now have a system that works, and all of our photos are currently being safely transferred. His customer service was a 10/10 and he was great to work with. Highly recommend him, worth every penny.

My experience with Paul was nothing short of amazing. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and totally down to earth. I had called him because my hard drive crashed and my computer was no longer responding. I thought for sure I needed a new computer. After explaining to Paul my issues, he seemed totally confident he could fix it! He even offered to come pick up the laptop from my house. I was running errands anyway, so I dropped the laptop off. The laptop was fixed THE SAME DAY (and I must say it runs WAY better than it did, even when I got it brand new!). I was shocked at how fast the service was from start to finish. Paul explained everything he was doing and calmed my stress immediately. He was affordable, professional, quick, and the quality is outstanding. I placed his sticker on my laptop because I will now only go to him for all of my computer needs! Thank you so much Paul!

Great service. When we contacted Paul to help my wife and I in the transition to a new computer, he provided us with some thoughts and insights on the purchase of a new computer to address our needs. He then came over to set-up the new computer and transfer the data files and programs from our old computer. He did this in an efficient and timely fashion.
