These guys were so helpful! We looked everywhere in Nanaimo for a spot to store a bike for a few days and it was Spunky's that eventually helped us out. The owner, Simon Holt was just super friendly and made it happen for us.Thanks Simon!

Dmitri made my experience great, he answered all my questions, gave a bunch of tips to a new rider and really made me feel like an important client, always come out of there with a huge smile on my face.
If I could buy my first bike from them I would but they do no sell the brand I want. It is really worth doing an hour south to get quality customer service and a good selection of gear.

Thank you Simon and all of your staff for helping my family for many years, buying bikes, repairing many bikes and quads and helping with protection gear for my family. You and you staff greet us by name and always have time for a quick chat as well as guiding us in the right direction for what we are looking now and in the future!
