Beautiful view from our room with nice deck to sit and enjoy! Only downside is there is construction going on and can get noisy. (Otherwise would have given 5 stars)
We got a studio, which had a fridge and small kitchen area, table and chairs and a desk.
I would definitely recommend a higher floor to get the beautiful view of the beach. There is a spa and a restaurant within the resort, which we took advantage of. Food was great and the spa was equally great. Definitely will come back and hopefully construction will be finished by then.
The beach club resort provided us with wonderful accommodation and more. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond. The rooms were absolutely spotless. The beds were comfy you didn't want to leave. An ocean view room was just what we needed. We will definitely be going back. Thank you to all. Big shout out to Rob. 🤗
My daughter and stayed at the resort last week for a mother daughter getaway. It was our first time and we will definitely be back. The Resort staff were all great! We loved the pool, the view { of course! } and our room was nice and very clean! I loved how the resort had beach equipment we could use too, that was a bonus!!
We stayed in the one bedroom ocean view suite and are really glad we did. The view is breathtaking and the hotel itself was clean and inviting. Front desk staff welcomed us with a friendly smile (even under the mask) and were enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean and had a full stocked kitchen. Even the organic coffee was delightful. We ate at restaurant 3 times, happy hour, dinner and breakfast. There was a slight delay with dinner, but overall the food was great. Pool and hot tub area was good.. minimal, but good and I will be sure to check out the spa next time. My family and I will definitely be returning.
With everything going on in the world it was nice to escape for a bit while still working.
The overall stay was wonderful
Some things we were disappointed with:
1.
Restaurant -
We asked what time we can call down for room services as we had some things to attend to.
8:45 should be no problem, we close at 9 they say.
My partner called at 8:35 - couldn't get through for about 10min.
When we finally got through,
Sorry we can't take your order we stopped at8:30.
Then we asked, as we could see plenty of tables from our balcony, can we come down quickly.
No, we are not seating anyone anymore.
How disappointing.
We asked for suggestions of what was opened around but to no help from anyone in the hotel.
Otherwise, the rooms were very clean, the front desk staff very helpful with ensuring we had towels and so on for our 3 days.
When we did get to go to the restaurant the food and drinks were amazing.
Just wish the communication would have been more consistent as we really wanted to enjoy our getaway.
We don't complain but thought this was a bit frustrating.
