She did a FANTASTIC job for us; she answered all of our questions and anticipated several more. She set us up with everything we needed and gave us several helpful hints.

I have been having problems on & off for the last few months. Everyone in there is very helpful. Nancy is very knowledgeable and helpful . She helped me figure out which phone to get & explained things well. Easy to understand.
For the past 2 weeks I've been having issues with the phone freezing &/or not turning on. I've made 4 trips this week to A fix it shop in Nanaimo. Today the phone was working well then it wouldn't turn on at all. I went to your outlet & got a new phone. Id like to thank everyone in there for helping me & having patience with me all the times I came in with ongoing problems. It was just time to get a new phone.
