My flooring job was completed day before yesterday; it hasn't been easy with all the challenges of covid and kitchen renovations happening at the same time. Harold was my salesman; Bill 'directed all installations'...I can't say enough positive words about them both, the installers and the quality of service, friendliness, and overall excellent experience. I needed a replacement toggle for one of the Hunter Douglas blinds the builder installed in our house. They found one for me and provided it free of charge. Excellent customer service.

United Floors Parksville sales rep Rob Chislett is an industry professional with decades of experience in laying carpet and we're confident in his expertise. His quote was $$thousands less than Castle Carpet One for the same product - and he offered more reliable service. We were also impressed when the carpet installer Dean visited our home on his own initiative to advise us - and observed all the pandemic rules. Good service is "everything" so we'll certainly choose United Floors as we prepare to sell our house.

I visited this store today for the first time. New on the Island, I googled tile stores and the GPS brought me here. I could not be happier; the store is a very neat place with a high-end stuff. However, I needed more miscellaneous tiles for the patio table I am making.
A gentleman by name Harold (probably the manager) approached me, I explained my situation and he left, entering the back of the store. He brought me a pile of nice tiles he was about to donate to a re store in Nanaimo. He didn't charge me and carried the stock in to my car.
My positive review is not reaching this place because I found beautiful tiles and was not charged for them. It was the willingness of the staff to go through the details of my project and solving it.
