Brightside Physiotherapy Qualicum Beach

I had an appointment with the owner and she canceled it due to not being able to get a babysitter sitter. I had to wait awhile to get into see her firstly. When I finally got another appointment weeks later I felt fine when I left but within an hour or two I started shaking and was in excruciating pain. I called my doctor to let them know immediately. Next morning I noticed a bony bump on the top emu foot near the ankle. My doctor has now got me a disability parking permit because I now need to walk with a cane or walking poles. I have not returned and gave it a lot of thought before writing this review. She said she only had 3 minutes to do ultrasound therapy on my calf after the 45 minute consult. In her report she said she did 6 minutes of ultrasound and used a setting too aggressively. My rating is a one. Process with caution or not at all to this clinic. Highly unprofessional.

Laura was fantastic. She was very thorough in her exam respectful and listened attentively to my experiences and concerns. Her follow up exercises were very effective. Her Covid-19 protocols were excellent. Worth every penny to be able to resume an active lifestyle.

Awesome physiotherapist, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Highly recommend!
