Thank you again to Brown's in Errington (Leom)...did a great relocation of our shower water lines as well as the venting in our 2019 Modular (not sure why the manufacturer original water lines had been installed outside of the floor joist ..as well as the venting outside of the wall behind the acrylic tub / shower enclosure).

Company was very personable...quick and ensured the job was done to satisfaction of the contractor (Herb @ I. A.M Tiles & Flooring)as well as ourselves ...price and responsiveness was great!!

In an emergency ( broken water pipe) Phil came out first thing in the morning. Although during COVID and his busy schedule, a replacement part was not sure to get. As a B&B owner, the worst that can happen is to have no water and have to send guests elsewhere. Especially that week in high season, there was no availability elsewhere. My panic was not necessary. He was able to fix it in time that same day. I would definitely recommend this company. I am grateful. Thank you Phil.

Patrick arrived at the scheduled time and installed a check valve on our hot water tank that was faulty. He wore his mask the whole time and did a real good job. Cleaned up like he was never here. No more noises from the new valve. Thanks for the great work. You guys are the best.
