We met David our realtor after I accepted a position to work in Parksville while in the interior.
He provided us quick and current house listings within our price range for our viewing on a timely basis. He would go and do video walk arounds in a house so we could see from a distance a house we could potentially want to purchase, always giving us a commentary on the best and worst parts so we could make an informed decision.
David was always available for calls and last minute showings whenever I called out of the blue and was always vested in finding us the right house. He was always honest about his thoughts on a house and how it would fit us as a family which I really appreciated. Best part is David is a very easy person to get along with, knowledgeable, patient and has been thoroughly helpful before and even after the purchase of the house.
