Excellent service. I am new to riding and felt it was nice to go to a shop that was thorough and knowledgeable. Dustan wrote a detailed invoice with what was serviced and suggestions for future repairs then showed me what he was talking about. I found him very professional, concise and friendly. I did not feel like I was being upsold, I felt like I was being educated.

I took my Himalayan to Half Moon with a small issue which he righted within minutes and explained how I could fix it myself if it happened again. He also, at my request took the bike for a little test ride and checked to see how it runs. Wouldn't let me pay him for his time. Overall impression is this is an honest, hardworking professional and I am so grateful he can work on Royal Enfields!
