(May 11, 2021, 5:21 pm)With covid restrictions in place of 2 ppl max, the locals don't seem to care or think it doesn't apply to them and just stroll in. The staff had to tell I don't know how many to wait outside. Good on them for keeping us safe from the non caring people!

(September 17, 2020, 12:50 am)This place is great when it actually manages to stay open, either short staffed or computer down. Please open again on a regular basis so that whoever you hire has a stable job, not just a couple of days per week. I don’t wanna go all the way to Nanaimo or Port Alberni, since the Parksville location sucks in every way.
