Today I was treated honestly & fairly by June, the owner, at Smart Moves new location by Rod & Gun hotel.

It began with a purchase that simply went "all wrong". She inspected the items, listened to my story without interruption and refunded the money

....cheerfully I might add...

There was no excuses, no "make you feel bad"...in fact she even apologized for my lost time.

Neither of us could have known the items were defective & I was prepared to take whatever she offered, yet she forgot about profits & simply made things right.

As I was leaving I glanced around at these hard working girls in their super tidy store and  marveled how they do this all so well!

Nice to see another well run business in Parksville. Things are looking up!
