Absolutely the best pet store! I had been going to the Qualicum Beach location for a while, and am super happy the Nanaimo location is here! Lisa has helped me a great deal over the years. She educated me and helped me find the right raw food for my very picky cat. She has always gone out of her way to help me.
All the staff are great, and I have always had excellent service. Thank you for everything over the years!

Very knowledgeable owners and staff - genuinely concerned for the health of your pet. Raw food is their specialty, with numerous options to consider. Not yet quite ready for a totally raw menu, freeze-dried raw is a good option for us - they offer a range. Yes they have treats, poop bags, toys and leashes ... one stop doggie shopping!
