The Kebap

Delicious wraps, quick service and affordable. Haven't tried the other menus, but will definitely go there to try them all.

A nice little kebab shop about a block from Departure Bay. We grabbed kebabs and ate them at the beach. The place isn't fancy but the food is good, the prices are good and the owner / operator was friendly. I look forward to coming back.
(Side note: the kebabs are messy-- but that's the price you pay for something really delicious-- just wear a bib).

The owner of this place is one of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever met. And to top it off, their food is absolutely to die for! It's honestly some of the best food I've ever had and makes me miss living in Nanaimo. I used to live above this restaurant two years ago and went through a pretty traumatizing situation during the short time I lived there and let me tell you, if any restaurant in the world deserves to flourish, it's this one. The gentleman who owns this place is truly a gem in this world. Please try this place if you live in Nanaimo or are in the area, I promise you won't regret it!

The best kebap I have eaten in some time, hands down!... And believe me, I have been in Turkey and other places and know very well what a good kebap is. Very close to the real one...
Everything is very good but Alexander the Great and the Magnificent (Shahane) are out of this world with the traditional bread, yogurt sauce and melted butter, topped with fresh mint...
Also, the hospitality that you get there by the host is world quality!

Small local eatery, somewhat hidden. Good place to visit if you're near the ferry terminal, with a very simple menu. The food was a very good deal and the service is quick. My chicken was on the drier side but was nicely marinated in flavour. The beef/lamb wrap was good.
