Always come here for my mobile phone purchases. Staff is always fast and tentative to my needs.
Not to mention they also in some cases work with superstore which offers optimum points on occasion through various offered deals.

Would suggest the mobile shop to anyone!

Great Customer Service and help with all that technical stuff

My guy and I needed a quick switch from one provider to another, and a new cell phone for me as my phone's screen was shattered and the speaker was malfunctioning.

Akhil was thorough, accommodating, light-hearted, and patient with us.

**I noticed that regulars act like they didn't have to wait for service. To regulars who go here frequently, please ease up. The worst part of this experience was the entitlement of other people waiting near us.

I would suggest some sort of organization to this little square in the Superstore so that no other newcomers have to feel second class like we did. That was awkward.

However, once we got to Akhil, who continued to acknowledge us while we waited, he gave us undivided attention and kindness, and great deals.

We came in to set up a new plan for my parents and we surprised by the knowledge of the staff. They listened to our needs and exceeded our expectations. We went to the superstore location in nanaimo and we given a free case as well as 150$ worth of PC points to use in superstore. It was quick and easy for my parents to get what they needed.

Great place to go for awesome deals. Be sure to ask for Ashley the manager she knows her stuff. The rest of the staff are pretty awesome as well.
