We contacted 4 different home inspection companies to do a full inspection of our new house. VI Inspections responded quickly and provided a full explanation of the inspection process. VI Inspections showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection of the home. They took the time to fully explain the inspection results, showed us all the pictures and answered all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and it helped relieve a lot of stress. The price was much lower than the price quoted by the other companies. 5 stars for VI Inspections, we will definitely use them for all our future needs.

Tyrel is a perfectionist, and has an eye for detail which is exactly what you want in a home inspector. But knowing what to look for is only half of an inspection. Being able to tell someone what they have fond and why it is important is the other half of a great home inspection/inspector. Ty has the knowledge to identify the defences in a home and then explain it to the buyer so they know exactly what they need to know and why.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. He identified an issue with my furnace and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix it and the best way to go about it. Highly recommend.
