William O’Brien is very professional and knowledgeable about the brands Coast Appliances offers. He spent time from the get go over my options, and offered valuable suggestions. I was very satisfied with the seven items I ordered and look forward to installing them in my renovated kitchen. I would highly recommend him as a sales associate.

I came in looking for a new dishwasher after mine leaked and flooded my condo. I was on a budget and Lou helped me find a new one. We ended up going with one a little over my budget but still within reason, and it has leak protection to help prevent future floods which is definitely worth it, and something I didn’t know about. I was able to purchase and take home my dishwasher the same day which I was happy with. I was also greeted right away by the nice lady at the front. Thank you!

Had what we wanted. Knowlegeable staff person. Didn't try to talk us into something else. Prompt delivery. No complaints. Bought 2 other appliances here over the years with no problems

My wife and I came in with several questions and were helped by a new sale staff member Andrew. He was very pleasant, answered all of our questions and we left very pleased. We returned the next day to buy a new washer and dryer and will be back for kitchen appliances. Showroom looks great as well.
