Our multifunction device has reached it's end of life. I am a busy Optometrist - with my current schedule and COVID-19 restrictions in place, it's often difficult to slot in time to meet with sales reps. Greg was extremely accommodating, bringing information to our Director of First impressions about the next device he recommended we bring in. As multifunction devices are not my wheelhouse, Greg was very quickly able to give me the information I needed to make a decision on what to buy and how to pay for it. They installed a new server to replace a very old system. We received great attention to detail and dedicated support despite the many unexpected challenges and incompatibility issues. Not once did they give up or tell us "that's just the way it is". We got answers and solutions which was amazing. Great team to work with.
