Easy to make a selection with their guidance, not oversold. We chose automatically opening blinds because of the high location of the window in our foyer. Installation was quick and after 6 months, we're very happy with the blinds and are ordering more for other rooms.

Stellar customer service from Allan! Brought in our cellular blind (top down/bottom up style purchased in 2012) that wasn't working properly and he fixed it there in the back room. Saved us the cost of shipping to Hunter Douglas and the 2 week turn-around for the repair. 2 thumbs up and 10 stars all around!! Beautiful new (since we were there last) location too.
