(August 26, 2019, 10:15 pm)Ordered Siding and 2 Windows. Was told they would be in last Friday Aug 16/19? Nope, wasn’t in Friday. Was told something about our Siding (Friday Voicemail) and that the Order would be ready Tue Aug 20/19. Phoned in yesterday, was told they would get back to us? No return call, no order yet? Not impressed. Should of ordered from Home Depot, so much for supporting local business. The order was under Gerald William. ** appreciate Shepherds trying to fix the issues ** Aug 26/19 informed our Order is in Red Deer, will be this Thur maybe Friday? Patience, so much for we’ll have your Order this Friday, they didn’t say which Friday. Yes I know things “are out of our control, such as Ordering materials” I get that.
What was supposed be a week is now going on 2 weeks.
