(She's also so much more fun to talk to because she is a wealth of information!) Being from a family of piano tuners (the woman has tone and pitch in her blood) she is adept in both traditional and modern techniques to bring the best out of your instrument. She takes in frequent training courses, goes out of her way to see a happy customer and will never suggest work be done that is not necessary or wanted by the customer. Deb even helped me buy two of my pianos, and organized affordable moving services to boot! She made no profit from these transactions and did it simply for the love of her work and respect for her customers. Really, if you are letting a person with a heavy hammer and some piano wire into your home, don't hire just anyone! Make sure it's Deborah McCann!”
