Reliance Plumbing & Heating

My first thought was to say..... Stay away from this guy, he was the one we hired and he went on vacation and sent 2 idiots into my home.. The one guy he fired when he got back.. but warren never came back to repair the mistakes.. He said I still owed him money, but after 2 years has not once asked for it.. he only said I owed him when I asked about him coming to fix mistakes. His HVAC guy didn't seal the seams in the venting, and when I asked him if he was going to.. he told me it was unnecessary as air only went in one direction... Warren did correct that when I told him of that exchange... but I have to undo some of the plumbing work... and I don't have any of the paperwork on my air handlers.. and I am not even sure if they were ever registered for the warranty.

I would have done it if given the material.. but since he was always on vacation, I was not able to get that..

EDIT and UPDATE.

I have spoken to Warren and he says I have full warranty.

I will be bringing him back if he wants the job of completion, as he says it will be him and not a lackey.. So I will re-evaluate him on his work.

The air handlers seem to work well... but we have barely used them. So at his time the work has not been done by Warren personally. SO I will update this post in a few weeks after we have the install in and a few months of the units working.
