Edit. Yesterday i was charged 145 dollars to check my door lock and they never even called me to tell me it was looked at. Buh bye. I will see other mechanic from now on.
Overall, purchasing the vehicle at Bannister was a positive experience. I did find the behaviour of the sales folks a big strange when it came to actually making an offer. We both felt, do they actually want us to buy this car? That said, the folks were pleasant and helpful. And most importantly, we think we got a great vehicle.
Great service, friendly staff. In the past, when we’ve bought a vehicle elsewhere, the salesman handed us the keys and we drove away. However at Bannister Honda, our new vehicle was brought into a separate (heated) showroom and the sales rep (Riley) showed us how to use all the features of the vehicle and answered all our questions. I love the whole service experience. They let me know if something needs attention while they are servicing my car so I won’t have to come back or note things to keep an eye on. They are courteous and timely. I feel my car has been well cared for and I can drive with confidence in it’s condition.
