Went in to get a “peace of mind” inspection performed on my vehicle, prior to buying out the lease.

Had some concerns with a previous service my wife had done on the car, which sales advisor Tammy explained like a pro.

I’ve had a 5+ year relationship with this dealership and despite some employee turnover, always seem to deliver a positive customer experience.

Shout out to finance mogul Candice, who was more than happy to assist me in the buy out process.

I am in the customer service industry. I have made a mistake or two in my time. I am always grateful if one of my clients allows me to find a resolution. I extended this courtesy to this dealership.
They did rectify this situation and I am pleased to say my daughter is now a happy camper.
Anyone can make a mistake. We are all human. I believe it is a true showing of integrity and pride when a person/company works to find a positive outcome, as a result of that mistake.

Today my 16 year old daughter and I were on our way to Vernon Nissan to pick up her first car. Can you imagine saving empties at the age of 10 and 11, babysitting at 12 and 13 and finally getting a job at 14 so you can save enough money to buy your own car at 16? She did it! All by herself. She was super cute this morning, trying to pick out her outfit for her photo with her first car.

I just received an email from the Sales Manager who has let me know that he has sold the car from beneath us. In spite of me providing him with my credit card Tuesday afternoon for a deposit, he later took a deposit Tuesday night (his words) from someone else. He then has the audacity to follow up with, "I could work out a great deal for you on another similar vehicle, would you be interested?"

We Purchased a new to us 2015 Nissan Versa Note. Our experience with the entire staff at Vernon Nissan was excellent.
