“Stars are hard, I didnt end up needing their services. But I explained my localized flooding very well, Brad came out within 48 hours (was not a serious/disastrous flood, so timeline was cool), he saw what I was doing, took the time to analyze the situation, and told me that I didn't need their services. At least 2 hours they gave to assess, and no hard sell. Now I am a relatively handy guy, so I was dealing with the flood, but if I wasn't handy, or didn't have the time to deal with the situation, I would have been confident to enlist OK Resto for at least the initial damage assessment, and where to go from there. And if their trades people are half as good as Brad, then I would trust that the job would be done right. Hope this helps.”
