Vance Creek Hotel & Conference Centre

A very special little hotel with a big heart. Ideally placed for ski in and ski out!! And wonderful shops. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Balconies look over the village and the Apres ski scene.

5 stars for front office manager, Christina, who went above and beyond to accommodate some, less than ideal, last minute requests on our end. Fantastic customer service!

4 stars for the room. Good price for the size, kitchen amenities and location. A bit dated, and a lot of noise from the hallway (probably accentuated by the troop of kids running up and down the hall). Awesome location in the village for ski in/ out. Will stay again next year!

Good hotel, location and view are amazing. Rooms are a bit dated feeling, noise travels through floors so sleeping wasn't the easiest with parties going on around us. The hot tubs could be cleaner, again likely due to the high level of parties. Would stay again , In a less busy time .

I stay at the Vance Creek Hotel often. Season pass holder and the rooms, even lock out rooms are great. Clean, affordable, hot tubs on the 2nd floor. Professional staff. Located in the heart of Silver Star.

Rented a house through Vance Creek and while we were comfortable and close enough for a quick walk to the village, there were a few things we would reconsider. As an example we had 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The bed count would allow for up to 8 people yet there were only 6 towels left for a 3 night, 4 day stay. There is not daily service of the home so we were left rationing towels.
The blinds did not fully cover some windows and we're not able to be maneuvered in a way that blocked the neighbors view so we had to change in another room.The pet policy is clear but if you wanted to bring a dog you are better going through Air B and B as a family member was able to rent a larger, newer, better outfitted home for the same price as us and they allowed pets.
