Sleep Country

I can't rate this store highly enough. My elderly mom and I went in there to purchase a bed for her a couple of years ago, and the service we received was SO beyond expectation, I am dumbfounded. Nothing was too much of an issue, from us buying floor sample pillows (they were loftier!), to trying to return them (not possible of course but they gave us new free ones to replace them), asking for more of their awesome huge carrier bags (a shop assistant gave us per personal one when they ran out!), being given massive deals on the items, and the bed and bed raiser quality and comfort is BAR NONE.
My mom adores her bed. Delivery and set up amazing too. I would never ever go anywhere else. Thanks to Sleep Country for making the consumer experience the very best in the land, over and over, and making my mom so happy!

Romeo and Brenda did a fantastic job on helping me find a better rest. I appreciate the effort, knowledge, and excellent service I was provided. I would not hesitate to come back!

We had a warranty issue with our four year old Kingsdown bed. Sleep Country made the process so easy! Submitted the information online, got approval on our warranty claim the next day. We went and picked out a new bed, a couple of very happy customers????
